Note that warehouse handling time is typically 1–6 days, and if you place your order on a Friday afternoon or public holiday, it will be shipped the next business day. Small parcels are delivered directly to your registered mailbox, while larger parcels are delivered to the nearest pickup point. You will be notified when the package is ready for collection. We reserve the right to charge you for costs incurred if you fail to collect your package on time. If a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to delay shipment or cancel the order. If you have already purchased an out-of-stock item, we will offer you a refund.
