Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how returns, complaints and refunds are handled when you shop with AAMU.

Returns
You have a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back in unchanged condition and in its original packaging. If the product is sealed, the seal must remain unbroken.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, including opened pimple patch products.
When returning an item, we recommend using the original shipping box or other protective packaging. Please make sure the item is packed carefully so it is not damaged during transit.
How to request a return
To request a return or complaint, please contact us by email at info@aamuskincare.com.
Please include your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to complete the return.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, we will adjust the payment and send you a confirmation by email.
Complaints
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete product, you may submit a complaint.
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order by emailing info@aamuskincare.com.
To help us handle your case faster, please include your order number, a short description of the issue and, if relevant, photos showing the problem.
Approved complaints
If your complaint is approved, AAMU will cover the return shipping cost.
If the reason for the complaint is assessed as invalid, we reserve the right to reject the complaint.
Disputes
We always follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden).
In the event of a dispute, you may contact ARN for review.
